The Keep Carteret Clean Business Coalition is a membership organization made up of businesses dedicated to a litter free land and sea. Member businesses donate time, talent, and treasure to support the cleanliness and beautification efforts of the County. Coalition members participate in volunteer clean-ups, sponsor events and help fund contractor clean-ups to combat road-side litter on secondary roads throughout Carteret County.
Keep Carteret County Clean Pledge
- I pledge to keep my business area clean and free from loose debris, including landscaping, sidewalks, and the public area surrounding my business
- I pledge to have adequate trash and recycling receptacles and regular pick up for business functions
- I pledge to educate my employees and customers about the need for a clean business establishment that does not contribute to Carteret County's litter problem
